One of the most notable aspects of the recent SORG history has been the development of new technologies (e.g. the LoNOx® Melter, the FlexMelter®, the forehearth CONTI-DRAIN® system) not something that many companies in the glass industry can claim. 340S – the new forehearth system from SORG
In March 2009 the 340 forehearth concept from Emhart Glass and the ST SERIES glass conditioning technology from SORG were merged to form a new product, the 340S forehearth.

New SORG oil burner available.
The latest SORG oil burner offers considerable advantages compared with previous designs.

Forehearth mixture control system patented
SORG has recently received a patent on the latest generation of oxygen metering and control system for forehearth applications.
