Our sales managers have the technical experience which puts them right at the forefront, in close contact with the customer. Every glass melting system is put together according to specific individual needs.
From concept development, through calculating and preparing the offer, to the conclusion of the contract, the sales employee is either in the front row or preparing the way for a deal.
Our heart – our technology! Our technical departments breathe life into our plants. Whether it’s as a designer, electrical planner or programmer, or in the dimensioning: as an employee in engineering, you will further develop our products and ensure we maintain our technological leadership in the glass industry!
The technical departments are supported by the commercial clerks in the scheduling department, who provide administrative support for their colleagues and take care of the technical purchasing of components.
Everything in sight! Our project managers ensure that the execution of customer projects runs smoothly and all-important items are onscreen.
SORG around the world! Service technicians and foremen at SORG get to see a lot of the world. They commission glass-melting plants on site for international customers or are involved as supervisors in the installation of plants.
There is also plenty to do in the production department: this is where equipment is prepared and tested for worldwide shipment.
